Discount for children:

• 0 – 5,99 years (staying in the same room with parents with half board): free of charge
• 6 – 11,99 years (staying in the same room with parents with half board): 50% discount from adult’s price
• 12 – 15,99 years (staying in the same room with parents with half board): 25% discount from adult’s price

Booking guarantee

If the value of the reservation is over HUF 500.000 or EUR 1500, 50% prepayment is required. In all other cases you do not need to provide guarantee for the reservation. Reservations without guarantee are held until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of arriving after 6 p.m. you may guarantee your reservation by providing your debit- or credit card data.

Booking guarantee by early bird discount

Providing your debit- or credit card data or paying 50% deposit by bank transfer by the deadline is required to guarantee your reservation. If you do not provide card details as a guarantee, your reservation will only be considered valid in case of prepayment made by the deadline.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 3 days before arrival, after that the fee to be paid is 30% of the booking amount. The prepaid deposit or the card details provided at the time of booking may also be used in case of late cancellation to pay the penalty.

Dress code

We are committed to creating a harmonious atmosphere, so we recommend you attend the occasions throughout the hotel in appropriate attire. While our wellness facility is all about comfort and pampering, gentlemen are asked to wear trousers for meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and at the bars.
