  1. on arrival day we’ll provide you with bottles of water to ensure an ample supply of liquids
  2. optional medical check-up that can be followed up with 3 treatments
  3. a 3-hour Lake entry pass on one occasion
  4. preventive spinal exercise with the assistance of our physiotherapist
